The Standard Double Room has a large, intrusive beam that takes away valuable space, making the room feel cramped. Also, I couldn't get breakfast one day due to an early tour. takeout wasn't an option, and no refund was offered even when returning the breakfast tickets. The air conditioning in individual rooms was limited—though you could adjust the temperature, changing from hot to cold wasn’t possible.

The random giant pillar in the room was a definite nuisance!!! A slight cleanliness improvement could make a difference, especially with stains on the furniture. Water drainage in the shower took forever, which was quite bothersome!!!

Room cleanliness was off, but AC adjustments really improved my stay.

The location is prime , close to all tourist spots. Staff was really helpful , even offered to pack my leftovers for me!

It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but still manageable.

Consider using the hotel's rooftop garden for evening relaxation. it's a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The enormous pillar in my Standard Double Room was quite the charming obstacle, making simple tasks like getting to the toilet a Herculean feat. And really, what’s with the late 3pm check-in? I woudl ve been grateful for some complimentary welcome gift, but I guess that's too much to ask. Almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had an amazing time enjoying the gym and Netflix in my spacious room after a long day out. The rooftop garden and cozy lounge area were perfect spots to relax and unwind. Just a heads up, there were a few flies around in the room, but it didn't spoil my stay at all. 😊

I stayed in the Standard Twin Room for 4 nights. The room was super clean and comfy, and the location was perfect—felt peaceful but also close to everything, like Myeongdong. It had all the essentials, making it great value for money. Just a bit tight if you're planning on bringing extra luggage. Overall, no complaints, just had a really nice stay!

The location is awesome! Close to Euljiro -1 station and Cheonggyecheon stream. Our Deluxe Twin Room was spacious with a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a nice private bathroom. Plus, we really enjoyed the rooftop garden for hanging out. Great local restaurants nearby too. It felt safe walking at night!

midcity myeongdong is perfectly located in the heart of the city and close to major attractions like myeongdong street and the namdaemun market. i loved that the bed was super comfortable and the toilet design was really practical. plus, the staff were friendly and super helpful!
